Blayne comes to New River with 17 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry and 10 years experience in full time vocational ministry.  Blayne brings a business acumen as well as a true heart for people.  For years now, Blayne has also been actively involved in outreach to the local community.  And just last year was directly responsible for running a large hurricane Ike relief effort out of the local church south of Houston, managing crews from all over the nation in an effort to rebuild the devastation all throughout southeast Texas.   His desire to do everything unto the Lord drives Blayne to successfully achieve the vision that God has placed in his heart for New River Fellowship.

Blayne is responsible for the staff development, overseeing the budget and managing the future building development at New River, as well as running the day to day operations of the church.

Blayne has been married to his lovely wife Kim for almost 32 years.   They have one daughter Erin, just recently married and living in Chicago.  He enjoys riding his Harley and playing golf whenever possible.
