Tia is the administrative assistant to Senior Pastor, Scott Crenshaw and Executive Pastor, Blayne Schorr.  “I am honored to work at New River and to be a small part of what God is doing here,” says Tia. She was born and raised in Texas and attended Texas Woman’s University where she received a BBA in Business Management.    She has worked in property management and human resources and has partnered with her husband since 2005 hosting an outdoor television program.  She has been married since 1994 to Todd and has two beautiful girls, Taryn and Tori.  She enjoys the outdoors, music and spending time with her family and friends. In her free time you might find her shooting her bow, taking a walk or playing her guilty pleasure, Guitar Hero.
